Our pastries are made on site in our laboratory located in the Mouffetard neighbourhood. Our cakes are prepared with quality, natural products, transformed as little as possible. Everything is homemade and worked in order to best meet your tastes and requirements.
Inspired by Japanese, French, and American cuisine, our pastries can delight the most gourmet of visitors (matcha tea roll, fraisier cake, cream puffs, carrot cake, opera, cheesecake, madeleine, cakes, Nantais cake, baba with rum, grand marnier… let yourself be tempted!

Coffees, teas, jams, salted butter caramels, salted biscuits, sweets, spreadables, as well as a nice and short selection of owner-grower wine, carefully chosen by our sommelier.
Tea room and restaurant
On the restaurant side, the chef will cook you a different special for every day of the week, in addition to the regular menu. At all hours, you will be able to taste (according to the seasons) ice-creams and sorbets from Bruno Aim, traditional ice-cream maker since 1987, but also coffees from the Pfaff house of French coffee-roasting established since 1930, our creamy hot chocolate, as well as teas from the prestigious family house Palais des Thés.
